Sicilian chickpeas

Chickpeas are among the most used legumes since ancient times. They constitute an excellent protein resource, and thanks to their soft and delicate taste they prove to be a versatile ingredient in the kitchen.
The Valdibella variety is the Sultano, grown entirely in Sicily according to the dictates of organic agriculture.
