Whole Sicilian Almond cream

100% mandorle siciliane

In order to obtain this whole almond cream only an exclusive kind of almonds are used typical of Sicily. Its decisive fragrance and its rusticity which derives from the presence of the skin which wraps around the seed makes it particularly rich in antioxidants and fibers. Only a few steps are needed to obtain it: the almond is shelled, ground and reduced in cream.

It’s ideal to enrich pestos or simply spread it on bread in the morning for a breakfast full of energy.
