Fifteen labels of grapevines territorial for the most part: Nero d’Avola, Perricone, Nerello Mascalese, Grillo, Catarratto and Zibibbo. A production which mirrors the wine culture of our hilly territory and its characteristic is enhanced. The winemaking takes place without sulphites and certain wines and others have a low level. However, the care of our wines begins in the vineyard: through aimed actions at a really low environmental impact (among all, the maintaining of the soil’s fertility and managing the foliage), our fields are “fed” and defended to reach a high level of quality.
