Basil and almond pesto
100% vegetable
A classic pesto but revised in our own way. In addition to the fresh basil leaves, which retain all the scent of summer, few other ingredients: Sicilian almonds pounded and toasted to give graininess and greater aroma, extra virgin olive oil from our olive groves of Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara, and garlic from Trapani.
Use in the kitchen:
Ready to use, ideal for dressing pasta or salads.
